The mods hope everyone is having a wonderful time working on their assignments.
We've recently received some inquiries about how to give an additional gift to a person who is not your assigned recipient, and whether it's okay to give a gift to someone if you aren't "officially" signed up for the exchange. Giving treats (additional gifts) is absolutely okay and encouraged in this exchange, whether you are signed up or not!
A quick overview:
A treat is an extra gift you make for someone you aren't necessarily assigned to. (You're always welcome to give extra treats to the person you are assigned to!)
When you click "Post", your treat will automatically be added to the collection to be revealed and sent to the recipient on October 3!

Treats do not have to meet the art/fic minimum requirements, but they must still be about one of the participant's requested characters/ships and steer clear of their DNWs.
You can write or draw treats even if you're not signed up.
To post a finished treat, click the "Post to Collection" button on the collection page. Then post the gift as you would normally, making sure you put the username of the person you're treating in the "Gift this work to" box.
When you click "Post", your treat will automatically be added to the collection to be revealed and sent to the recipient on October 3!
