At this time there is a day left until assignments are due.
Some tips for posting your assignment, if you have not posted it already:
Good luck finishing to those ofyou us who haven't yet, and happy treating, everyone!
Some tips for posting your assignment, if you have not posted it already:
If you think you will need an extension, please request it sooner rather than later. You will not be able to ask for an extension after you have been defaulted.
Since this is a small exchange I will not be closely checking works for filler/completeness/roughness at this time; as long as a work fulfills the minimum requirements of being 500 words long or a nice sketch on unlined paper I will approve it. Around 48 hours after the official due time I will do a closer coherency sweep of shorter written assignments to check for completeness. Your work does not have to be fully polished in order to fulfill your assignment right now.
There is currently a known bug on AO3 that causes some works that should be unrevealed and anonymous to be revealed and unanonymous upon posting. In order to avoid being hit by this bug, post your work as a draft first. Choose the "Preview" option, and make sure that the draft it shows you says "Anonymous [Username]" for the author. If it says "Username", either delete the draft and try again, or email me at equivalentexchangemod@gmail.com so I can change your draft to unrevealed. At least one participant in this exchange has already been hit by this bug so I strongly encourage posting your work as a draft first in order to make sure it's unrevealed.

Fic and art treats for this exchange are encouraged. All requests and letter links for this exchange can be viewed here.
Anyone can treat, even if you aren't signed up for the exchange.
What you can give as a treat: works under 500 words or less refined than a nice sketch on unlined paper; art for people who only requested fic and vice versa (as long as they have not listed other media types in their DNWs); works that fit a participant's requested characters/ships but not one of their specific prompts
What you can't give as a treat: any works that go against the potential treat receiver's DNWs; any works that do not fulfill at least one of the potential treat receiver's character or relationship requests; works centered around a character or relationship that does not appear in the tagset
Treats may be posted after the deadline, and after reveals. I will leave the collection open until the next round of this exchange is run.
To post a treat, click the "Post to Collection" button on the collection page. Post the gift as you would normally, making sure you put the username of the person you're treating in the "Gift this work to" box.
If you have created a work that doesn't fit any one participant's requests, was written to multiple participants' prompts, or hits the DNWs of the participant whose request or prompt inspired it, or if you have created a work loosely inspired by this exchange but not by any specific request or prompt, you may gift this work to the collection by entering the username "EquivalentExchangeMod" in the "Gift this work to" box.
